Make "real" the policy of promotion and development of local content in Algeria

ENAGEO orgenized a first meeting with algerian Start-Up to promote a development of local content and enabling the young holders of new and innovative projects to respond to the major challenges of the energy sector.

This meeting was attended by our CEO, the Executive Committee as well as all the Senior Managers of ENAGEO, a delegation made up of the representative of the Ministry responsible for the knowledge economy and Start-ups and representatives of SONATRACH, including the start-up manager, the Director of Local Content Development, the Central Procurement and Logistics Director as well as the COST Project Director, and the representative of the Algerian Startup fund accompanied by the Director of Start-up Azimut as well as the young representatives of Algeria Start-up Challenge.

The CEO, Mr CHERFAOUI also expressed his congratulations on behalf of all ENAGEO workers for Algeria Start-up challenge represented by Ms. ZIAD Nessrine AND Mr. Hariri, who obtained the WESTMED prize in Rome as an incubator, from the best initiative to support innovation in aquaculture and the blue economy in the western Mediterranean and said he was convinced that the investment opportunities between ENAGEO and start-ups can be multiple, especially since young Algerians have the potential to go beyond our expectations.
