As part of its support for the subsidiaries of the SONATRACH group for the implementation of a risk management system; the Audit and Risk Department of SONATRACH in collaboration with the Audit Department of ENAGEO, conducted several interviews as well as practical workshops with the aim of establishing the risk map of Our Company, involving the managers and employees of the various Structures, Operational and Support.
In this conjecture, the Audit and Risk Department of SONATRACH has set up work steps consisting of the identification and assessment of risks through various processes. For the first step, numerous interviews were carried out over 10 days by two teams of SONATRACH auditors with the various officials appointed for the various ENAGEO structures. This step brought out 44 major risks identified through interviews with the heads of the various structures and which gave rise to assessments. Regarding the second stage, organized on Tuesday, October 05, 2021 in the Guest-house room, the auditors of SONATRACH invited the various Directors and executives of ENAGEO to form ten multidisciplinary groups participating in practical workshops allowing everyone to discuss and consult with his group in order to assess the probabilities of the occurrence of major risks of the various poles of our Company identified during the first stage, and to measure their impact, financial, human or reputation. For Internal Audit representative at ENAGEO, this successful campaign brings ENAGEO the opportunityto carry out effective risk management which must be a fundamental requirement for ENAGEO.
