Nearly 60 participants attended the meeting, to assess its annual achievements and map out the company's development objectives.

During two days, the coordination meeting was held in the form of presentation sessions. This event was an opportunity for the heads of ENAGEO's operational departments to present, each in their own area, the actions carried out during the year 2023. The concerns of the operational managers gave rise to relevant debates on each subject. The senior executives present answered questions relating to the various aspects of business management within their respective structures.

The main objective being to manage change, mobilise and motivate our teams, who must be prepared to face up to their responsibilities. In keeping with this approach, ENAGEO build a participative approach that embodies strong values and respects our commitments to our customers. Our customers deserve all the attention they can get.
